Former DNC chairman Howard Dean received money from Iranian terrorist group Mujahedin-e Khalq
As did prominent Republicans like Rudy Giuliani, Tom Ridge, and others, as reported by the Christian Science Monitor last year. Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) has been implicated in assassinations of Iranian scientists and numerous bombings within Iran. Furthermore, the U.S. has confirmed that Israel is providing material support and training to these terrorists. Not only has our ally has become a state-sponsor of terrorism, it appears that some of our prominent public figures are receiving blood money from a terrorist group. However, why is there no outrage?
[T]hose who are politically and financially well-connected are free to commit even the most egregious crimes; for that reason, the very idea of prosecuting Giuliani, Rendell, Ridge, Townsend, Dean and friends for their paid labor on behalf of a Terrorist group is unthinkable, a suggestion not fit for decent company, even though powerless Muslims have been viciously prosecuted for far less egregious connections to such groups.
It is doubtful that these terror-enablers will ever be prosecuted, especially under President Barack “Look Forward, Not Backward” Obama.
